Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in financial modelling, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision in financial analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modelling: Develop comprehensive financial models to analyse residential construction projects, including revenue projections, cost estimates, and cash flow forecasts.
- Risk Assessment: Assess financial risks and opportunities associated with residential construction projects, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate budgets and forecasts, monitoring actual performance against projections and identifying variances.
- Scenario Analysis: Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of different variables and assumptions on project outcomes, enabling informed decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare clear and concise financial reports and presentations for senior management, stakeholders, and investors, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting residential construction projects, providing insights to support strategic planning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and procurement, to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment of financial models with business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial modelling processes, tools, and methodologies, driving efficiency and accuracy in financial analysis.
