The London fit out sector is buoyant and our client is seeing a major uplift in current and future workload in the high end hospitality and leisure sector. This growth has created a new opportunity for a Contracts Manager, with experience in the sector to join this growing business. We are urgently seeking candidates from the sector with experience of taking projects through the work winning and pre construction phases and managing delivery of schemes with teams of Project Managers and commercial resource.
You will be responsible for all aspects of projects from "cradle to grave", managing client expectations and delivering a first class product. This role may suit ambitious candidates from large organisations who are perhaps feeling stagnant and seeking the next step.

Qualified to BSc or equivalent level
