Urgently seeking Quantity Surveyors with experience in fit out in the leisure, Hotel and Restaurant sectors. Site based / flexible working on projects with values up to £4m and fast programme.
You will be responsible for the commercial management of one to three projects depending on experience. This is an ongoing opportunity with permanent career opportunities for the right candidates.
Requirements
Experience in Commercial management of fit out schemes in the leisure hotel and restaurant sectors
Current CSCS
Living in daily travel of central London
