A new opportunity for a Project Director for a major national Fit out company specialising in the leisure, Restaurant and hospitality sector. Our client are a national brand with a specialism in the high end food, fitness and hospitality sector. Recent awards have created the need for an additional Project Director to oversee delivery of projects ranging from £2m - £10m nationally. Reporting the Managing Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of delivery and commercial across multiple projects with Site based Project Managers reporting in.
Experience in delivering high end food, leisure and retail schemes is essential, and you will be required to travel extensively throughout the UK, with projects typically in and around London, Birmingham Central, Leeds and Manchester.
