These special Projects are generally dealt with under NEC form of contract, and we are seeking Project Commercial Managers with an expertise in NEC contracts.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a long track record working with NEC contracts, most likely in a long term "Client Contractor" relationship, with strong and collaborative understanding underpinning the success of all parties. Successful candidates will be responsible for "Cradle to Grave" commercial management of projects ranging from £20m to £60m in value.
