Job Description – Partnership Homes Team

 

                Conduct all necessary liaison between Support services, sub-contractor/supply chain partners to secure essential information to achieve business CML’s including Building Control pack, Warranty pack, O&M etc.

 

                Always represent professionally in both personal appearance and conduct.

 

                Support client and internal stakeholders where/when required.

 

 

                Conduct any other reasonable tasks in accordance with operational needs as requested by your line manager.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PERSON SPECIFICATION – PARTNERSHIP

HOMES COORDINATOR

Skills knowledge and aptitude

          Communication skills

          Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook)

          Able to embrace training.

 

Qualifications and training – Essential

 

            GCSE Math’s Grade C or Higher

            GCSE English Grade C or Higher

 

Qualifications and training - Desirable

 

       GNVQ/NVQ – To be in possession of or working towards an NVQ Level 3 in Office Administration or similar.

 

Experience - Essential.

 

       Relevant Work experience in an admin position.



Requirements


Duties and Responsibilities:

 

The following list of duties and responsibilities is intended to reflect the principal elements of the Partnership Homes Administrator role only and is therefore not exhaustive:

 

                To have read, understand and comply with Company Policies and Procedures at all times.

 

                Provide support to the Project team on complying with client / contract obligations (Partnership)

 

                Support the team and manage key trackers & Hand over notices as per the contract requirements.

 

                Support the team in ensuring the services meter tracker is being correctly    populated and issued in good time to the client.

 

                Produce and maintain, up-to-date checklists (Construction Handover Paperwork, Construction Handover Trackers, plot postal trackers, HUGs, etc).

 

                Produce, maintain, and issue key reporting data (Actions / docs) as requested for PRM, CVR, Board report etc.
