We are seeking a Commercial Director with extensive residential experience together with the commercial experience gained in a main contracting environment. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years' experience at this level, and be used to leading commercial teams both pre and post contract, as well as having strong skills around CVR, full P&L responsibility and working with regional and group board.
