As part of the growth, the company are seeking to appoint a new Commercial Director, to lead the commercial team and manage the commercial success through taking responsibility for the company P&L. As a member of the board you will work closely with the Pre Construction team, Operational leadership and the Managing Director to continue the company growth plan.
It is likely the successful candidate will come from a similar fit out business and be looking for an opportunity to grow into the Lead commercial position.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Leader, with extensive experience in this fast paced sector. You will be required to travel throughout the UK on a regular basis, so a degree of flexibility is a prerequisite.
Qualified to degree level or equivalent, ideally with chartered RICS status.
