As part of its growth plan, there is a need to appoint a construction Director, with experience in the sectors mentioned. You will be responsible for client management and procuring work through negotiation. The company are seeking projects in the range of £3m-£10m. You will deliver projects through your team of Project & Commercial Managers
It is vital that candidates have knowledge and experience in the Kent market, and have established relationships throughout the region with Clients, PQS and supply chain partners.
The company has an excellent reputation and a desire to grow this aspect of the business to a substantial size create further opportunities for progression.
