Urgent requirement for a Contractors Design Manager with experience of Central London. Our client is a major UK contractor, with a healthy London workload.
Due to staff movements, we are seeing to appoint a Senior Design Manager, to join a prestigious central London Project, based near Liverpool Street. The project comprises a major structural alteration and extension (upwards) to create additional high quality commercial space. Currently in PCSA, you. will need to have good client facing skills and full understanding of stage 4 design, flow, taking the scheme through financial close and to site with a 90 week construction programme, due to commence in the 4th quarter of 2023.
This is an urgent requirement and we are seeking candidates either at the end of a current contract, or freelance and immediately available. There is an opportunity for permanent employment for the successful candidate.
