An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Managing Director to take the helm of this well established and successful fit out business. Based in Central London you will have full P&L responsibility for the is £50m specialist business operating in the Leisure, Hospitality and Cat B market.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced leader to further develop this well-established and profitable business, as it continues its drive to become a leading name in this specialist sector. Leading the operational board of this exciting business you will be responsible for all group activities, including work winning, delivery, quality and client satisfaction and retention. With a number of direct reports including Marketing, Commercial & operational leaders, you will be responsible for formulation of the 2025 business plan, identifying new opportunities, managing risks and ensuring the continued success of this well-established business. The existing portfolio of clients includes some high end household names in retail, hospitality and leisure, and the company is seeking to further increase the forward workload and deepen relationships into true partnered arrangements.
This will be a very much client facing and "hands on" role due to the nature of the clients. The role will include a reasonable amount of national and international travel on a regular basis.
