Urgent requirement for an Experienced Project Director to take control of a major commercial development near to Bristol. This is a project already on site, requiring top-level support to bring the project back on track and to a successful completion. You will be reporting to a visiting Operations Director and have a full site team of Project Manager, Design & Commercial management together with a number of site managers and Engineering control.
We are seeking professionals with experience of schemes of values of £100m plus with experience in profitable delivery and client satisfaction.
