You will have experience in delivering similar projects. The facility is a high end residential scheme, over three floors providing a variety of facilities for senior living.
You will have experience of Design Management, planning and have lead teams to deliver quality. This is a permanent appointment and we are seeking candidates living within the Surrey / Sussex area
