Urgent requirement for en experienced Quantity Surveyor to take the reigns on a Residential scheme in Hounslow, Middlesex. This is a live project with some around 6 months to run, so you will be responsible for dealing with valuations, sub contractor payments and agreeing final account settlements, as well as all daily cash flow and reporting duties.
