Immediate requirement for a Site Manager to manage the second fix and external finishes to a high end apartment block in central Hounslow. Ideal applicants will be from a main contractor or developer background with experience in completion of high end mid rise apartment buildings. Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for all Health and Safety, quality, programme and sub contract coordination.
The project has around 6 months to run, and we are looking for an experienced Manager to join the team in the coming few weeks.
All applicants will need recent relevant experience, current CSCS, SMSTS and first Aid, and be available for the duration of the project.
